Transformation PMO – HNW Business Build-Out (Contract)

Job Highlights:

• Lead greenfield HNW business setup from scratch

• Commercial PMO – M&A, JV, new entity, TSA, licensing

• Contracted monthly up to 120K HKD

About the Client:

• Tier-1 global insurer with dominant Asia presence

• Building High-Net-Worth business from ground up

• High-growth strategic initiative with C-suite visibility

Role Duties:

• Run PMO for HNW business build-out

• Manage TSA, legal entity, and licensing setup

• Coordinate C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders

• Track milestones, risks, and interdependencies

Role Requirements:

• 8+ years commercial PMO / transformation experience

• M&A, carve-out, or new entity setup exposure

• Strong stakeholder and C-suite engagement skills

• Cantonese, English, Mandarin – must be trilingual
